Hi,
Trying to loose a few pounds of fat and on a cutting diet right now.
Is 1 or 2 tbps of Almond Butter ok to eat at night not to long before bed. With 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
Like a lot of people here from what i read...i eat pretty much perfect all day but when the damn evening comes.....wakes up the cravings hahaha.
So is it ok to consume Almond butter before bed?..fat and calorie wise?

Also what are your maintenance recommended macros and consumed macros?
