Do any supplements actually help burn fat?
I am trying to decrease fat. I eat a very clean diet, do weights, cardio, all of it. However, my metabolism is insanely slow, perhaps from past years of abuse from yo-yo dieting. Thankfully I've lost 50+ lbs and kept it off for almost 2 years now. Now I'm trying to gain muscle or at the very least keep what I have and decrease body fat.
I eat 1400-1650 calories per day, usually 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat.
I've tried various supplements with NO success. Has anyone seen REAL results from any product, if so, what is it?
I don't expect instant results, I expect to continue to work my butt off (literally) but if there is something to give me an edge that will not break the bank, I'd appreciate any advice.
THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh sadness!!! Does this mean NO, indeed there are no supplements that really help you burn fat (along with proper diet and exercise)?
I've got to imagine SOMEone has experienced real results?

Besides an eca stack, don't really know of any that are "proven" to work. It really just comes down to eating below maintenance and being consistent.

Persistance and Dedication are key. Keep eating a clean diet, and doing cardio, and it will pay off. If you feel that you need to start supplementing with a thermogenic, there are a lot of great ones out there. VPX Redline and Designer Supplements Basic Cuts are two popular ones with the females at my gym. Goodluck!!

yes many fat burner products work for many different people. these will merely assist you in losing weight as diet and exercise are most important.
some good stimulant based fat burners are scorch and basic cuts.
some good non stimulant based fat burners are melting point and dicana. however these last two require a nice bit or research so you understand the products a bit more.

Exactly. We've had some female testers in the past in regards to melting point. It may be something that interests you, but as NNI stated, read around the boards and research it first to see if it would be a fat burner you'd like to try. Good luck!

Hi Teri,
We manufacture a daytime and night-time fat burner that would help you. Of course proper diet and training is always a must.
You can go to our web-site and request a free sample of each of them. Let us know if they work for you
Good Luck!

Try SesaThin and Green Tea pills.
Both are excellent in helping you get over a plateau.
