Congrats on the new weight low! Arm-ageddon and HIIT, lethal combo, hehe. Liked how your lifting, diet, competing enthusiasm are all very high and posing enthusiasm is meh. Posing is important but hard to get motivated for it, that's for sure.

Thanks Big O!
I'll take this opportunity to say I won't be competing in two weeks.
As I mentioned at the beginning of this prep if I didn't think I was looking my best I would postpone competing.
The back fat won't be gone in less than two weeks.
I'm moving competing back a few months, probably in the Fall.

So taking a picture is beating a deadhorse?
i forgot we live in a century where you can take pictures on a smartphone, an ipod, a camera etc. I forgot that those 5 seconds are really time consuming because its the #1 Form of feedback.

Supertramp, musically, are one of the greatest and most well composed and arranged bands I've ever heard.
I put them right there with YES, Genesis (but only with Peter Gabriel because Phil Collins sucks!!!), and from more modern years, TOOL.
Lifts are lookin strong, weight is lookin low, and only you decide when it's time to compete : )

^ It would be great to know what sort of changes you have seen in this time. Also maybe remove the ? WEEKS....? DAY(S) OUT...!! stuff at the bottom of every post, what's the point of a countdown, I mean we've seen it count down from 10 weeks at some points, only to just stop at 2 weeks out.
I don't understand the input your hoping for. You list your competing enthusiasm as UBER HIGH. Nothing personal these are just observations based on the information you have provided.
Maybe start up a log in the workout section?
