Strong..well at this point that's debatable..LOL!
I've been feeling like crap most of the day.
I feel like crap up until about 4PM then I feel 'normal'
I ate a PB&J on dill rye yesterday and I felt so much better..

I hate that, too. Similar thing happened to me. I woke up after a nap, winter and dark out, and everyone is sitting down to dinner. I was pissed and asked them why they let me sleep all the way until the next morning, leaving me only a little bit of time to get ready for school. They looked at me and just laughed. Once I finally woke up, I laughed (and was relieved).

Yeah it is weird how the body can switch gears like that.
As of now I'm taking today off from all training.
My body needs a break and I need to have a day with some energy so I can get stuff done around the house.
This happens every time I prep. The last four weeks or so I come home from the gym and power nap.

Spent some time teaching BB row form to my new TP.
The guy has been training with me for four weeks and he already is getting compliments.
He learns quickly too. I show him once or twice how to do an exercise and BAM! He has it down.

Kept this leg WO easy.
My left knee and right hip are being a bit touchy, nothing serious, just old man stuff.
Posing went great. All the men physiquers are coming in well at four weeks out.
We should have a really strong showing on the line up.
I got some props about how everything is popping out..i.e.dem abs..
