I just started Insanity for the 3rd time Monday. This time I am adding Weight Lifting to see if I can get more cut and keep strength. I have a Tough Mudder in 44 days also that i am preparing for.
My stats are as follow:
My current supps are Green Mag and White Flood from Controlled Labs. White Flood is the first version which I am almost out of so i ordered version 2 which will get here tomorrow. Will switch to the new version once i have run out of the other one. I am also taken Yellow Bullet which is a energy booster through out the day.
Monday Workout: Chest, Biceps
Flat Dumbbell Fly's
Dumbbells Biceps Curl
Insanity Workout Plyo Cardio Circuit
Felt great through out the workout. Upper body was feeling weak towards the end but that was a good sign to me. Need to push it harder though without over doing it.
Tuesday: Shoulders and Legs:
This workout I just lifted the weight that gave me a great burn without making my legs feel dead by the time I did Insanity workout. I did have a flag football game later that night.
Shoulder Presses Dumbbells:
Insanity workout: Cardio Power
Great workout luckily i have the White Flood to keep me focus and pump through out the workout.
Wednesday weight workout was the same as Mondays except i did the my bicep workout after the insanity workout since it was Cardio Recovery.
