    Smile what do you think of this ,,,, first thread,, nutrition log

    hi peeps first thread or post what ever you call it ,, been trainning for 3 years past year been training hard, will post before and after pic went from a fat 17 stoner to just under 14st muscle , sorry british!!! any way just wanted to see what you guys thought of this,i have done the transformation all myself it been hard but i have kept motivated. I have just cut to a good weight and am looking to now add more lean muscle,,im 25, sorry if this is the lamest post/thread ever took my a coulpe of months to actually pluck up courage to do it,, thanks in advance,, love the site and everyone that contributes,,

    6 am

    4 bcaa tabs
    3 thermolife t bol
    1 egg 4 egg whites
    1 scoop on gold whey/water
    oats with skimmed milk

    10 am

    tin tuna brown rice / banana

    12pm

    chicken breast
    wholemeal wrap
    salad
    1 scoop on gold whey protien
    4 bcaa
    3 t-bol

    4pm

    cod/vegtables
    1 scoop on whey protien
    3 tbol

    6pm/ postworkout
    2 scoops whey
    glutimine

    8pm

    steak,salad
    4 bcaa

    9pm

    fruit




    any critisms or praise for anything will be much appreciated

    compond 2 exercises each chest/back/shoulders/legs

    isolation 2 exercises biceps/ triceps

    started this programme 3 weeks ago

    1-2 weeks 15 reps 2 sets each

    2-4 weeks 10 reps 2 sets each

    4-6 weeks 5 reps 2 sets each

    daily target macros not sure,,,bad i know apoligise

    oh and 4-5 times a week workout,,,cardio squash 3-4 times a week aswell
