Always feel like I have to urinate (SRS)

Ok I'm just hoping somebody could have some ideas/insight that could help me out. Please respect the SRS tag. About 2 months ago I started having to urinate a little bit more than usual. I had no diet changes whatsoever and there were no changes to my water intake. The only thing that was different was I started taking KreAlklyn creatine. Approx 1 month ago I switched to a magnesium chelate creatine. I took the recommended dose of each product (didn't do a loading phase). In the past 2 months the frequency of urination has become more and more frequent until about two weeks ago I began to have the constant urge to urinate. It sometimes goes away but it's mainly there. I've been to 2 general drs and 1 urologist. They all said they couldn't find anything wrong with me. They did blood panels, urinalysis (had 4 of those) and they say everything tests normal. The only thing that I can think of is the creatine is basically acting as a diuretic and I need it to clear out of my system. Does anyone have any advice or ideas that I could pursue to get rid of this? It's awful.

stop taking creatine in 3-4 weeks and see if your problem disapear...if not, something is wrong!
Glad to hear your tests was fine... If you need to urinate so do it..many people is holding it back if you know what I mean. for example if you play a game, and you need to urinate and you are thinking (ah not know...I dont want to urinate now..but soon). Holding back couple of times can make you feel you will urinate whole the time! It sounds like your brain is sending signals when is does not need to send it...

Try to take a break from creatine and if you feel you need to urinate and you are actually empty then dont go to wc. Fool your brain..
    My friend had same problem

    good luck

I'm a frequent pisser too. I've taken creatine and other various supplements for years and I suspect they might be the culprits (but can't really be sure). I used to fight it and try and limit my water intake, especially at night. Now.....I just don't care. If I have to go, I go.

Thanks for the advice. I've been off the creatine for 10 days and I've felt a bit better. Hopefully I'll keep getting better.
