Pardon the blurr, my camera takes a double exposure pic when I turn the flash off, so often my one hand moves just slightly from one exposure to the other, causing blurr(no, you don't need your eyes checked!)

^ jealous.
I actually noticed a difference in my arms today while I was working out. I never wear tank tops and I tend to shy away from mirrors. Today I did both and I gotta say, I was kinda stoked on how the muscles are starting to develop. Not near pic-worthy yet, but I'm getting there.I have a vagina so its not my fault I'm a pussy.

Thread Hijack
City, I LOVE your tattoo. Reminds me of a character from one of my favorite book series -- Kushiel's Legacy or whatever its called. Just really, really pretty.

Whoa, some awesome guns in this thread!
Here is my contribution, although this is an older comparison---2007 vs. 2009:
I had a baby 5.5 months ago and lost a good deal of muscle/gained some body fat. So for good reason I went backwards, but I'm on a bulk now so hopefully I'll get to an even better place than what is posted above. Here is a current picture, still better than in 2007:
On a mini-cut, then onto maintenance mode for the summer.

Goal: Peace, love & happiness...and arms that go bump in the night.

I convinced my 7 yr old to take a different pic of me so you can see my arms aren't quite as puny looking as the above pic...and, unfortunately you can also see that I have no lat spread whatsoever...
Goal: Peace, love & happiness...and arms that go bump in the night.
