Side story: while at the beach club one of my buds started chatting it up with a roided up dude about march madness.. guy ended up being Peyton Manning's neck surgeon and invited us to hang with him at his cabbana, was awesome.

People can afford it because they split it between 5+ people. Depending on how close you are to the entertainer plays into the price as well. I simply don't see the point in dropping the money, but the bouncers and people running the venue literally bring girls to your table.

Again, I don't see the appeal because they just mooch drinks off you.

Definitely not going to Vegas to buy girls drinks--we'll definitely avoid bottle service and perhaps the clubs altogether. Thank you man.

If you're going to a pool party and spending money on a cabana, you'll want to spend the majority of the day there if for no other reason than how much you are spending. Cabanas get ridiculously pricey on Saturdays (even worse for MDW). Plan on spending at least $2500 (not including tip) on a Saturday at one of the top parties (Encore beach club, marquee day club, wet republic) for a Cabana.

Are pool parties fun without a cabana? Yes, they still can be...but you better have a group of guys with you that have game. Pool parties are one place where wingmen are absolutely key. You're going to have bacehelorette parties of 10-20+ girls...if you have boring friends nobody is going to want to hang out with you.

People just don't understand how expensive Vegas is. For those of you who say "ah **** it, I'm not paying that much," just realize that there are people there who will. You're talking about some of the richest people in the world coming out in the prime months to party. Dropping $100k in a weekend is nothing to a multi-millionaire.

People also don't realize that no matter how much money you plan on spending, unless you're a multi-millionaire, you're literally middle class. So before you drop $5000 on a table, just realize that you're really not that special. Tough words but truth.

Yea, I've kind of wrapped my mind around the fact that I'm poverty level in Vegas, lol.

Alright Brahs, so I went to vegas twice in 2 weeks and had the time of my life.

So 3 other mates and myself went to Miami for Ultra Music Festival and then after went to Vegas for 4 nights.

(1st time in Vegas)

We stayed at the MGM. I really liked this hotel, it was great when it came to food and drinks, plus the pool was bull**** amazing.
Have to admit there was a few things i didnt like about the hotel. The whole casino floor was just one big smoke cloud as everyone in there was smoking and there wasnt much ventilation.
Also when I went, there wasnt much young people, and the few that were there were ******** with families which was a bit of a bummer. Either way I loved the food in Rainforest Cafe and Wet Republic was so fun.
We loved the shopping there, so fuarking cheap especially the outlet malls on the north + south end of the strip. We also loved buying our big slushy drinks and getting re-fills.
Miracle Mile shops were also good, hitip Earl of Sandwhich and Twin Peaks (probs my 2 fav places in vegas at the point of time)
We just hitup bars most nights and on the Thursday night we went on a club crawl and cut loose with 200 other party goers. Ended up at the Foundation Room and LAX (2 final clubs) such a messy night and easy to pickup.
On our last night we hitup the Bellagio buffet. Was pretty good, (everyone was dressed up - we were in tank tops and footy shorts) next time I would probably hitup another buffet tho, maybe at the RIO or Wynn.

(2nd time in Vegas)

So my Contiki tour stopped back in at Vegas for 2 nights (there were about 55 people on my tour and yes it is one big sight-seeing, party tour)
So we stayed at Harrahs Casino & Hotel. ****ing love this place, its much smaller than the MGM so getting out of the Casino onto the strip was so much quicker. Its also located in a great spot on the strip.
We played a few of the tables, my mates won like $1700 on craps, we had everyone crowded around the casino and then these high-roller old guys came and asked my friend to roll for them, everyone cleaned up and these old guys won like $50,000 was insane (everyone was cheering and shiit)
We went to old Vegas + freemont street and loaded up on cheap drinks (99cent Strawberry Daiquiri, Margaritas, Coronas, Shots) we watched the Freemont Street show all fuarking blind drunk and went to see an Elvis Chapel wedding (2 couples on our tour got married)
Went out that night to XS Nightclub. Holy **** that was incredible. Everyone was already drunk by then (probably a good thing, drinks were expensive as fuuuark) although we did more Tequila shots and Jager bombs.
3 girls ended up in hospital with alcohol poisoning and a few people got kicked out for being too drunk. Picked up too. Overall a top night.

The second day we spent just shopping and more drinking and that night we did a tour of the city and went to this Italian place for dinner (food was so good) went to Pure at Caesars. It was alright, drinks were free for girls so we just got them to buy drinks and pour them into our cups haha

I love Vegas! I want to go back already!

the reason i ask is because (and yes ive tallied it) my success with females im meeting for the first time is exponentially higher while im wearing a baseball cap lol

i just look better with one

Day- Board shorts and tank top. but generally its hot as balls so just be comfortable.

Night- dress shoes, dress pants, dress shirt. Tie and Jacket optional. Personally i hate wearing ties and suit jacket makes it look like you're about to go into a meeting and not a club.

Bros me and 4-5 mates want to go vegas next summer when we all hit 21... whats the likelihood of 6 or so guys getting into the nice clubs? do we just have to go there early enough or will we simply not get in without girls? also what would be the best hotel to stay, we were looking at aria/hard rock/planet hollywood/vdara

Go early. Find girls who are in line and ask to join them. talk em up, tell em you'll buy em drinks etc. don't have to obviously.

hard rock is the only one of those 4 that you listed that is decently off the strip. Vdara does NOT have a casino which is nice since it doesn't reek of cigarette smoke. PH if watching your budget tightly. You can probably find decent deals for ARia which is a great hotel.

Pretty sure any decent club in the US won't allow baseball hats. don't be a tool who dresses like hes just going to the bar down the street.

They don't allow them upon entering, however stuff one in your pocket or hide it under a shirt and throw it on once inside. The clubs are packed and odds of them telling you to remove it are remote after that.

If you get a table you SHOULD be fine. Can always just grab 4 girls from the lineup.
Aria will be the most expensive but also the nicest hotel. Planet Hollywood is a nice location and a little more of a party hotel.

I remember hitting on some cougars in the Bellagio/Caesars, they are usually at the walk up bars you see all over that also serve food.

I'm not sure there is an area where they all gather like a watering hole.

My trip is finally coming up and the only night I don't really have an idea of what we are doing is Saturday
We've already dropped a fair amount of money on the trip. Ufc 160 fix, pre sales for teisto at wet republic , acivii at ebc and skrillex at eclipse/daylight oh and everyone chipping in for a big bachelor party Friday celebration ...plus flying from the east coast and our rooms weren't cheap and most of the group wants to save the rest of their money for drinking and food
So after the fights I was trying to find a nightclub we could get into for free or uber cheap we have a couple days of casino crawling schuduled , 3 pool parties but no true night club exprience and we are going on mdw so it seems like its tough to get in on a guest list being guys

It would just be me and one friend. Basically I want to go just to experience Vegas and be able to say that I went to Vegas when I was young and had a good time. Other than that, I'd rather use that money and go on a 1 week all inclusive vacation to Mexico. But, I do want to go to Vegas for the sake of going and I just got back from travelling in Australia for 4 months. Also, just had a few friends get back, one of which, she went with 3 other girls. She said she didn't buy any drink while she was there or spend any money on cover charges. She said it would be expensive for a guy to go.

After reading a bunch of these posts, seems like you gotta be hella ballin to pay for drinks/cover charge/pool cabana's and what not. I'm on a tight budget (student). Going to Vegas, I just want to have a good old drunken time, maybe waste $50 on gambling for the sake of being in vegas and gambling. I could careless for spending a **** load of money for trying to get laid. Do you reckon that I would be able to have a good time, have some cheap drinks, maybe meet some good people, walk up and down the strip, going to a main event (i.e. UFC or a concert) by staying on a budget of $500 - $800 spending? Sure, it'd be sweet to check our a strip club if it's within my budget (I heard there's a strip club with about 1000 topless chicks working), but I'm not gonna be dreading it if I don't get to one. As long as I can drink on the streets....or is it basically everyone is headed out for purely going to a club?

Girls generally don't have to pay for much in vegas. If they are legit hot they don't have to pay for a single thing.

depending how long and where you're staying in vegas that'll eat up most of your 5-800 bucks.

an event is always fun but tickets are usually up there in price as well.

I suggest going to a club one night and the next night just get drunk and walk the strip. plenty of stuff to see and do and i've had plenty of fun just doing that. meet up with random chicks and just enjoy.
