Sapphire has 400 a day. That's what they advertise at least
If I were you I'd go to Mexico now and enjoy a vaca with no worries about budget (since its all inclusive)
Then save a bit over the year and do Vegas right
If you were to book mdw14 you can be pretty sure that the UFC will be there and huge name djs
Plus you'll have enough by then to get some good tickets to everything
I spent 345 bucks on entry to stuff alone so that's a huge percent of your budgetmy blogs

Going July 2nd - 8th, staying at the Cosmopolitan.
-Read this whole thread, good advice given out reps all around.
-Do you think the perks (like day passes to marquee club) will be given out this week since its probably one of the busiest weeks in vegas?
-We have a 2 queen room right now, I think the direct upgrade is 1 king terrace room, but the problem is if we do the sandwich trick and get this room, we will only have 1 king room (we are 3-4 guys so we need to queens) Is it worth doing the sandwich trick if the upgrade is a king size bed?
-Any other suggestions about the Cosmo or my trip in general. It's going to be hot as ****, i'm guessing 40+ celcius. What should I pepper my angus about?

.pretty excited. Me and three buddies are heading to Vegas at the end of may. Looks like we will have two suites in vdara. My friend is reaching out to ph and MGM to see if we want to go there, but vdara looks really nice. He is a pretty big poker buff so he is trying to get us hooked up.. I like ph because of the atmosphere in the casino.
This will be my third time. Stayed in Cosmo the other two, with my fiancée so this will be my first Vegas trip with the guys. We prob wont do clubs, but prob bars and such***Gender Non-Committed***

Vdara has some really nice rooms, definitely a nice place to stay. No casino is a plus for me, but others wouldn't like it obviously. Aria/Cosmo being close by should be good enough though, I thought it was nice staying on the strip but not having a chaotic casino to navigate every time you wanted to go anywhere. Pool isn't the greatest, but meh, that's what the pool parties are for!
PH is awesome, I love it there too. Nice young crowd, no judgement when you're wondering around half naked looking for your room at 3 am."If in my say 80 years on earth I do more help than damage, then I feel complete."

Headed there May 21-26. Looking forward to a good time. Just read the OP, and while most of it is on point the thing about getting bottle service isn't necessary at all. lol. This will be my something'teenth Vegas trip and I've never got bottle service and have gotten laid every night I've been in that city.

ah, good to hear!!! I remember being in vegas last time and seeing vdara from the outside, and thinking "wtf, never heard of that place, but it looks nice from the outside"
ah nice nice! you raise a good point. we will be out and about so much that maybe having a casino on the first floor really isnt a bad thing. it's get down to the bottom floor and lets roll!
lold at the PH description. it sure seemed that way when i was in there during the day one time. they really do a good job at having a different atmosphere there. no pretending there haha
lmao, just another night in PH. love it
$1000/bottle? yikes
it must be nice to go out there as a rich guy and dont give a sht about money. just throwing stupid money all over the place!
reminds me of that instagram guy who flushed money and sent money up in a helium filled balloon. not saying that I would ever do that, but fuuuuuuuuuuarrk***Gender Non-Committed***

Not having a casino on the bottom floor is awesome. So much more convenient - and such a rarity in Vegas that's it's a nice change. PH gives no fuks haha One time in the parking lot, a girl I was with was just laying half naked, half in my car, half out of my car, passed out, with puke all over the place, a security guard walks up, looks at us - with smashed beer bottles everywhere, caution tape all over the place ripped up, and just smiles, and walks away.
Meanwhile at the Palazzo, my group of friends got kicked out of the parking lot because we were in our car waiting for our check in time that was in an hour. "Do you have a room here?" "No, we tried to check in but were told to wait an hour so we came back down to the car to listen to music" "well if you don't have a room we're going to have to ask you to leave" u wot m8.... tried explaining more but eventually we got kicked out. of the parking lot. waiting to check in for a room."If in my say 80 years on earth I do more help than damage, then I feel complete."

Gallagers in New York, New York. You will not regret this decision. DO IT. And get the cheesecake for desert, the cheesecake is the best I've ever had srs. Steak is on the same level as Mortons/Ruths Chris.
There is also a Mortons and Ruths Chris right off the strip about 5 min away. $36 for a prime filet. WORTH IT."If in my say 80 years on earth I do more help than damage, then I feel complete."

i stayed at vdara
fantastic spot, and since there is no casino, there isn't any smoke in the hotel
i mean the air was unbelievable.... was such a change from everywhere else
also the sandwich upgrade is $50 there not $20

lol thats a helluva contrast
Will visit Gallagers. i know for a fact that we will want a good steak
lol so $20 is no good there. I wonder if $50 is worth it if you are booking a suite.
a better view? a better suite? now that would be sweet***Gender Non-Committed***

You could definitely argue a good case for either. I personally like Ruths Chris better but it's pretty close - definitely a little bit of a different taste - some days I would prefer Gallaghers.
It's worth it man. When in Vegas....
Make sure to make reservations though - day of SHOULD be fine unless it's a crowded weekend - but you'll need a few hours notice at the very least or you'll be waiting a bit."If in my say 80 years on earth I do more help than damage, then I feel complete."
