Ok, this has been asked a MILLION times, I know.
Reason why I am posting this is because I will be making a bulk purchase of Whey Protein tonight or tomorrow. Optimum Nutrition's 100 Whey Gold Standard has been my Protein of choise for the past year and a half. I was wondering if there are any better working proteins out there.
Please let me know if there are any better whey proteins out there, that are comparable in price or cheaper than ON's 100 Whey. Also, please say WHY it is the best or at least better than ON's 100 Whey.
Thanks much!

All protein powders will yield the same results in the end, and there's not too much of difference between different proteins (quality, absorption rate, and additives).
Choose one you like the taste of, XF UP 2.0, Trutein and Myofusion are all highly rated around here. Myofusion is the only one that's around the same price of ON though.

scivation whey is good. optimum nutrition is good. myofusion is mighty tasty. trutein is good, but the thing i hate about it is that it's not dense lik emost powders and there's a lot of powder in one scoop. dymatize elite is good. unless the main protein source is like soy or collagen, you dont need to worry about digestion/BV value/efficacy.

I would say stick to quality companys and try to get your moneys worth when purchaseing a protein product. If you want a versatile protein product I would def. suggest looking into Trutein. Its a quality protein blend ( No Prop Blends ) of 40% Whey 40% Casein and 20% Egg White protein. It can be used post-workout and also before bed with milk for some extra casein. It taste great useing water and even better If you use Milk. It come's in 5 and soon to be 6 unique great tasteing flavors. Best part is If you want to purchase samples of Trutein without having to spend $40-50 bucks on a tub of protein and not liking it you can purchase samples for a couple bucks. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a pm http://www.truscience.com/samples.html
