is 6'4 196 (probably 198ish now) close enough?
I take in around 200g of protein a day, the majority of which is made up of essential amino acids (so really i probably get closer to 300g but i dont really consider proteins like gluten from wheat in my total)
But everything is just an estimate, and i don't even count carbs hardly, just an estimate of total calories each day. I probably get at least 3500 clean calories, and recently ive had some cheating with pizza and (regrettably) mcdonald's.
Anyway if you eat your bodyweight in protein and eat healthy, complex carbs when you're hungry (pasta is the one exception), as well as any fats that would normally go with carbs (so maybe mayo on a sandwich, olive oil on pasta) and eat fruits, vegetables and take multis and fish oil, you'll be doing everything right for the diet that will keep you healthy and bring continuous gains. Also I drink a lot of milk (organic) which helps a bulk like nothing else.

Your carbs should be enough to cover any calories that are expended during the day, and then some. The type of fat you eat also makes a difference, and you should try to get Omega-3 fatty acids because those are the ones that Americans tend to be low on. If you're an athlete, you might want to eat even more carbs, but if all you do is lift and then go home to rest, that seems like it would probably be enough. Again, if you're hungry during the day, you should probably keep eating because it might be your body telling you it wants more food to work with.

I always feel better one carbs so I always do high carbs/medium fats.
Try doing high fats though because you don't know how your body will react to them if you don'tILS is a primal threat/mating display observed in the human male. The ILS display involves the male human holding out it’s arms away from it’s body at approximately a 20-40 degree angle and then walking with a slow deliberate gait inorder to look more imposing to other humans. The posture is used primarily as a form of non-verbal communication such as a mating display to attract or impress females or as a defense or dominance posture to appear larger to a threat or to intimidate rival males.
