    bands or chains

looking to add some dynamic work in on my benches now. Around 50-60% max, need to know what others out there like for their speed work. I will also be using

    a linker chain. Thanks

Yeah resistance bands and chains are good and will give you good reistance when you bench.

When I do band and chain bench I usually do high sets and low reps like 6 x 3 and just work on explosion.

chains...i don't recommend either but chains. if you can't hold the bar and it comes down the bands will snap it back down to your body and such a force that it will do severe damage to your body (possibly death, googles stafon johnson) and make it harder for you to get out from underneath. Just add weight and have a great spotter.
Champions are not born. They are built.

You wondered if all the pain and sacrifice is worth it...now you know.

Gold medals aren't made of gold. Not really. They're made of sweat, dedication, and a hard to find alloy called guts.

Everybody wants to win. But not everybody is willing to do what it takes.
