The last thread didn't work so great due to everyone being paranoid/insecure about posting pics. Therefore I've created a new thread with new rules. Please Read.
Contest Officially starts Thursday 21st April. You have until the April 30th to register Preliminary.
Mission: You have 3 months to work your ass off in and out of the gym in order to transform your body as much as possible. No steroids, no prohormones.
Categories: By entering you are in with a shot of winning the titles: MISC Best Bulk Transformation, MISC Best Cut Transformation or Most Aesthetic Transformation.There will be First and Second places for each (more depending on how many finish). Winners will be decided by Misc.
NEW Rules
1. Members wishing to participate must post the following stats: Current Weight, Height, Estimated BF% and which catogories they would like to compete in. You can choose Most Aesthetic Transformation + 1 more.
2. Members wishing to enter do not have to Post pictures right now. However, they are required to Take the pictures right now. The following poses will be required: Front relaxed, Back relaxed. Front flexed (double bi), Back flexed (double bi).

You can enter with less pics, but this may effect your chances of winning. The more the better. Ensure your legs are visible in the pics too.
The participants will be required to post the Before pictures and the After Pictures at the end of the competition in July.
3. Entrants must be holding a rolled news paper when taking the pics to ensure no frauding. Make sure it is in Every pic. To those who have taken the pics, I appologise but I need to keep this fair. Prop is not 2 forks.

4. Make sure photo is clear and the lighting is fair. Also ensure you'll be able to take the After pic in similar lighting in 3 months (important).
5. On July the 20th-23rd the winners will be crowned. Participants are required to post both their Before and After pics by 21st of July. Misc will then vote on who the winners are, reps will be issued.
Simples.
Prizes: Winners will get REPPED by MODS + All members involved + random Miscers who are impressed. I will rep winner for life. If you do not win but do good, you'll get repped. You will finish with a physique you are proud of.
