I am only 21 years old and my hair now looks like this



I've tried everything hair loss treatment related, nothing actually works. I wouldn't mind and would just shave it if I was a big motherf*cker, but I'm a extreme ecto with hands and wrists the size of a 7 year old girls. I have no jawline whatsoever, it's like I don't even have a jawbone. I can't workout in the gym because the balding problem I've been suffering from (went from a full head of hair to Dr. Phil in just 2.5 years) has caused such extreme social anxiety that I have a red zone case of muscle tension that causes migraine like pain 24/7. The worst thing about this all is I used to have girls do double takes of me everywhere I went and had no problem getting girls, the problem used to be just picking which one I wanted. Now girls my age (20,21) think I'm 30 and I don't even attempt to talk to them because I can tell people my age are uncomfortable just being around me. Who the f*ck wants to hang out with someone who has a 20 year old face but a 70 year old head of hair? Looks weird as f*ck.

My life went from OK to being a absolute hellhole in 2.5 years. If you have hair, don't take it for granted. It's the #1 thing that attracts younger chicks. You don't even have to be good looking, just have a nice head of hair and you have a chance with any chick. By the way if you're going bald, there's no treatment that actually works. Some things just grow a few pubes on your head, but no one has actually got a full head of hair back short of castrating themselves.

Yeah that only works for people with slight thinning or frontal balding. People with the full horseshoe don't have enough donor hair in the back of the head to transplant hair over the remaining bald scalp.

I mean, I understand why you're insecure because you're used to having had hair, but you need to adjust and make do with the new look dude. There are plenty of great looking guys who pull mega tang with shaved heads. At least it's something you can do something about.

op check oit my avi. Used mostly natural products. No dick killers like finasteride or face ageing products like rogaine. Shoot me a pm if ur interested more details so I remember n you can see my hairloss thread. Was emu oil. Coconut oil. Nizoral 2 percent and saw palmetto.

No I don't. I'm not unstable, crazy, or dangerous. Pure logic has brought me to this way of thinking. Being a young male who is DISGUSTINGLY bald (like the OP picture) alienates you from all of your peers. I walk in a room of 1,000 college students. I'm the only bald one there. That's how rare I am. And that's not rarity in a good way. It's a deformity to people that are young, people that are my peers. I'm decent looking and easy to talk to, but I know how people my age think, comon. I get stared at like I'm in a wheelchair or something when I walk in a room that has social implications (like the first day of class). I'm not saying I go to the grocery store and get stared at, but at places with people my age, because a gathering of people of similar ages has social implications. See what I mean? Not sure what you guys are getting so crazy about. Going bald isn't the end to everything, it's not going to stop you from getting females..and it's not the one feature that all girls disapprove of. Hair is the number one physical attribute a guy has and I f*cking lose mine at age 20? I wouldn't mind if I had a mature hairline, but I have a dieing old man's head of hair. People think it's gross. Everyone feels sorry for someone who is bald before their life even began. This issue has caused me so much mental anguish that the muscles in my back and neck are clamped down on all the arteries and nerves, I'm in so much physical pain everyday and I've been doing stretches to counter-act the muscle tension for a year. But there's nowhere to go but down when you're a bald 21 year old.

I'm 24 w/ thinning hair, my dad and grandpa both started losing it in their 20's and still have thin hair at 50 and 76 respectively. I keep it short but don't shave it, you've got the horseshoe though. Shave it and bulk up.

Shaved mine about 6 months ago (my hairline isnt as bad as yours but its pretty poor for my age) and haven't looked back.

Keep tan, and cut and you'll have a strong jawline and facial definition.
