I get acne, but i've been blessed genetically if I wash my face couple times of day I get totally clear skin. Problem is i'm too lazy to do that lol. Not a single **** is given.

no amount of changes in diet or washing of face will help my acne at all. Mine is purely hormonal, feelsbadman. I've tried everything and the only thing that works for me is accutane

I have pretty moderate acne that acts up more if I eat a lot of dairy. I went on a course of accutane which helped a ton. Sometimes I'll get bummed out but then see someone like this who has it 100x worse then me and I feel better.

Bodybuilding lifestlye has enabled me to know exactly what is making me break out (in most cases) and avoid that. Things that helped me:
-Either no dairy or low dairy with a lot of water after drinking/eating dairy
-Change what my head is laid on at night everyday- either towel or pillow sheet
-Keep shampoo/conditoner and any gel out of my skin at all times. **** clogs pores ALL THE TIME for MOST PEOPLE
-The only water that touches my face is cold water. Never use hot/warm water if it can be avoided, same for hair
-Forehead was oily, got a cleanser and a lotion designed for my skin specifically
Cleared up my acne in a week. Acne scars are different matter, which i get rid of with sunlight tanning and sometimes use of mederma skin care for scars

Yeah brah bout to go on my second cycle of accutane. Honestly brah if i were you i'd do the same, it just gets worse and worse and it's not worth it going through all of the hassle trying to keep it under control. Dont pick at it and when you go to wash on it dont scrub it hard gently wash and dry your face. This helps mine enormous

had acne since i was 12, it went away but left red blotches all over my face that looks as worse as acne

accutane is the way to go, had oily/acne filled skin until my derm finally put me on it. Been 2 months, no new breakouts but I got pretty bad scarring from my IB. sides suck ass tho, and im an ugly dude to begin with :/

retin-a is basically topical accutane. And yes it does work for people with mild acne, but you need to use it for a month or two before it starts working really well.Originally Posted by vtecaddict

Got mild-moderate. Hate when my skin trolls me though. One day it feels like they're fading away and skin clearing then next day boom, 350 new breakouts.

Currently on my 6th month of accutane. Took me 4 months to get a flare and since then I haven't had a single break-out. I gave up milk 5 1/2 months ago (replaced with soymilk), gave up pizza, ice cream and all that garbage. Started at 80mg/day now I'm on 120 mg/day.
Just can't stand the joint and lower back pain fuuuuuuuuug.
I haven't had any depression, but I've had some weird dreams where I feel miserable for no reason at all...doesn't make sense.Disagree with a Marxist and you will be targeted as part of the problem.
