Right now I'm trying to bulk up about 30 more pounds, but I'm having trouble consuming the 3500-4000 calories daily.
Anyone know any really high calorie foods that require little or no preparation?

if your having a hard time eating then try to cut for a month and once you realize how horrible it is youll eat 3500kcal no problem.
but srs
breakfast egg and oatmeal
lunch mad pasta or rice with chicken
dinner beef and sweet potatos
