I started lifting 2 years ago weighing 160 with a bench of 165 and who knows what squat and deadlift. Now I weigh 180 with 6% bodyfat lifting 415/310/475 raw. I just competed for the first time in a PL competition. I competed at the NJ USAPL States. I bombed out because I didn't follow signals, but I plan to compete more and in the upcoming 2011 VA States. I'm 23 years old right now and in the 181 weight class. I plan to break Junior Raw 181 records in VA when October 29 comes. Until then I'll just come by every now and then to post new PR's.
