    Kre Alkalyn > Creatine Monohydrate

If you're still using any type of Creatine other than the more advanced form Kre Alkalyn you're wrong.
I work with a strength & conditioning coach that writes for Muscle & Fitness, and he used to work at Metroflex.
Not saying that you should believe me because of my coach but you can always check out this article..
    http://www.supplementreviews.com/cat...ne/kre-alkalyn
Also its still pretty cheap and if you buy it from SciFit you can get a free bottole of glutamine pills for like 25$.
From personal experience its awesome and you hold 0 water compared to being big cuz of the water held with mono.
If you get off MONO you will look smaller and people notice that you got off it but Kre Alkalyn you stay big without the water.

    Just sayin...

This section is full of crap threads.

At the moment, your thread is one of them.

If you can find some literature to support the advantages of kre-alkalyn over monohydrate then post it. If you CAN'T find any, then maybe it's not actually quite the amazing supplement you think.

Omg- this is unbearable to read im sorry.

-kre alkaline has yet to actually test positive for being better than mono. it is just theory
-glutamine has essentially 0 effect on recovery. it is not an essential amino acid and when u workout u actually do not dimish your glutamine reserves very much anyways. and when u eat it is easily replenished. glutamine supplements are basically a waste as well.

so my question is- why spend more on kre when it is either just as good or could be even worse than mono, and why even care about glutamine when it isnt even going to help your body?
