I got sick in late May/early June and lost 25lbs. People have told me don't worry with muscle memory you will put the weight back on in a few months and your strength will come back as well. Does anyone have a realistic timeframe or any intelligent comments on this? I'd appreciate a source if you are throwing facts at me. Appreciate your time guys

I was with the same problem but hell yeah, muscle memory,im already adding 20 pounds nench from last week and a half, i cant give you facts but this is personal experince, think about olit as your body telling the weights "oh yeah i remember you" and might take weeks for them to get use to each other
After your back to where you were then start taking supplements, like creatine etc..
Hope i helped brawComing at you hard

Yes. Have a training partner help you with big negatives.
I'm talking HARD negatives
for example, have the fool basically do a barbell Bent over Row while your benching something you cant even bench.
then eat the negative slow and hard, to the point your screaming for like 4-6+ reps
your body will eventually get used to the load again, and will get stronger/grow.
