    Yesterdays macros 2672 115/214/201

    Stretched and foam rolled last night. Back was a bit sore. It feels ok this morning. Seems to e the opposite in that it feels worse at the end of the day than the beginning. Weird

    Weight this am 204.9. I dont even. I guess water from eating poorly Saturday.

    You bulk on that? Wtf? I cut on 2,5k and atm I'm just sitting on my ass all day long except for gym. my macros are something like 50-60fat/270-300carbs/200-220protein.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed that you don't need to lower them there calories! Water weight is likely...but unlikely to have added that much actual bodyweight...even if you ate at a slight surplus. Crush those lifts...and ya, lay off the squats if they could negatively impact your back. Looking forward to lift updates tomorrow!!

    Oh careful with that back now. There's a LOT of this going around thanks to totally unnecessary and absurdly dogmatic focus on so-called "proper" squat depth. 80% of the guys on here tail tucking and just haven't hit that wall yet. 90% of them still in their 20s.

    Yesterdays macros 2781 86.5/304/200. Fats lower and carbs higher than I'd like. Just one of those weeks I'm making due because I need to get to the store.

    I've decided if I don't drop back under 201 this week I'm going to drop cals to 2700 max. May do it anyways

    No lifting walked the dogs for about 40 minutes. About 2.5 miles.

    right now hunger hasn't been a major issue but me feeling like a fat bloated cow is so it's likely what I'm going to do. Just frustrated and tired of it.
