Before you pull look at your hips (They rise)
look at your chest (it starts to roll over the bar instead of staying tight and upright like you do set up, you see how you start to round before you even pull the bar? Thats a major error you have and have been trying to fix. Both sets showed this keep watching and you will notice it.
You set up great, but then you drift too far over the bar (With your chest) and you lose your tightness in your hips and chest, stay put, rip through your heels and dont lift your hips first motion or roll your upper back over the bar, stay tight bro.
