I like the looks of this, but would like to hear some reviews of people who have tried it. If you have not tried it, any thoughts on its ingredients??

I've been taking it for about two weeks now (switched from the mega man sport paks). The little red "calorie burning pill" does give me a noticeable amount of energy for a few hours (sort of like drinking 3 cups of coffee quickly). That's all ive noticed. I am switching back to the sport paks as I rarely take the two NO pills/creatine pills. The two multi vitamins are the same mega man vitamins that are sold separately and with the other vitapaks.
I have also taken adipo x pills and the little red pill in these paks have nothing (as far as energy) on these.

All GNC Vitamins suck. Show me the forms used and I'll show you a bunch which are not optimal by any means. Of course they also charge more than many far better formulas. So it's a lose-lose.
The rest of that pack doesn't look much better. The amp creatine 189.... no thanks.Latest Reviews:

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I just wanted to weigh in.
I just started taking this stuff today, I got it for $30.00 at the local Rit Aid, it was mis priced and I couldnt resist since Im outta animal packs.
Anyways I shot the entire package at about 8:30am, an hour after having breakfast. I felt amazing for the next 2 hours at work... Dieing to go to the gym.. Now its noon and my stomach is not so happy, and I feel a little nausea but who knows if thats from the vitamins or whatever. Anyways Il keep taking it for the next 30 days and see if my workouts improve etc.
Also I am currently trying to keep my calorie intake under 1,500 daily, to cut weight. I did a year long bulk, then got hurt and stopped working out so I packed on an extra 20lbs of fat I dont need. Im weighing in at 239 as of yesterday. (started 4 weeks ago at 243). Im aiming to get back down to my ideal weight of 220lbs before christmas. Wish me LUCK!
=)

I've been taking it for like a month. I hate it, it makes me feel dehydrated and weak. I feel like I struggle more with weights than if I took nothing at all. It leaves me with no endurance for a long work out. I took my unopened pack back today and got the. Mega men Sport. That's what I started with and it worked fine. As for the remaining packs I have left of the Extreme Athlete, I suspect its the x12 pill that makes me fill horrible. Today Ill remove it and see if I feel better @ the gym.

Like the rest of us, you are entitled to your opinion. I've been using GNC products since you were about 8 years old and I'm still going strong at 47.
With this product you take half in the morning with breakfast. Don't take the other half until 6 hours has passed. You will notice two brown pills. Take one of these in the morning (with a meal) and the other at least 6 hours later. If you need an extra boost in the gym, try the Amplified Maxertion N.O. with the X12 and the Multi..but eat something with it to make it easy on the stomach. About 30 minutes to an hour later, hit the gym and you should be fine. If this is not the product for you after a few tries, take the unused portion back to GNC for a refund.

Mega men extreme athlete
Hello, I recently bought these vitamins and really do not know how take it. What happened was that my father bought them without my knowing anything. I weigh 130 pounds and would like to gain weight. I have 18 years and height in 5'10 ". I have a month training in a gym. What process do you recommend to take me those pills and fat?

I used to take the sport vita paks like..06-09 and then just started to take the extreme athlete vita pak, i could honestly not tell you a difference because the gap between the switch....but I dont feel any of this "tiredness" or "nausea" that some are feeling and its been 2 weeks now. Only thing i don't really like is that the fat burner is crap, and I feel like I am not really getting any N.O or Beta-A. And the only reason I got it was because I didnt want to wait till the next time Japan decides to open up its shipping for Beta-A and this had a little in it...
When I took beta A before I always felt a tingling sensation down my neck and back about 20-30 after I took it for 15 mins, and i used to take N.O pill form (six star). Honestly probably gonna go back to buying the Vitamens seperate because I like them, back to the No booster, and hope to god I can find another source for Beta-A....still have no idea on a fat burner yet, and ill probably just buy the glutamine.

I used to work at a GNC. That said, I have no loyalties or vendetta against them. I bought mega man for my hubby and I take the Women's active. They are good vitamins, however, I recently learned that there are better forms on some of those vitamins, so I will be looking for a different one after this. This stuff beats the grocery store brand since the multi vitamins are made from whole foods, but there are better ones.
As far as the Extreme Athlete goes, our customers had mixed reviews. Some swore by it, but several complained of stomach issues and I later concluded that it was more than likely the X12 in the pack since it contains black pepper extract which I know from experience can be hard on the stomach. My advice is if you try it and have stomach issues, leave out the X12, or up your water intake and see if that helps. Good luck!If they believe in you prove them right and if they doubt you prove them wrong.
