Had my 24 hour carb up(after 2 weeks on diet) supposed to hit 600 carbs.
Had a nice protein and carb shake after final workout, Kung pao chicken with lo neon and spring roll, half a box of captain crunch berries( couldn't stop)....
Breakfast was eggs,oatmeal with bagel,then whey shake with oatmeal, then teriyaki chicken an fried rice, finished off carbs with a coffee and cookie!!!! Not too bad right?
Scale says bout 1lb extra...
