    Need suggestions about my fat loss program & body fat estimation

    Hey guys, it's my first day on my weight loss program started at 187 Ibs / 5' 11"

    I'm on daily 1500 calorie diet and taking 100-120 gr. of protein everyday.
    No cardio & 30 minutes weight training 4x per week (different body part everyday)

    I would like to hear some advices about my program.. My goal is fat loss (187 to 165 in two months)
    You guys think this program would work? also could you give an estimation about my body fat? (guessing about %25-30)

    22lbs lost in 2 months (8 weeks) comes down to 2.75 lbs lost every week = 9625 weekly calorie deficit = 1375 DAILY calorie deficit.

    IMO that's way too much. Sure it's possible but chances are you'll lose a few lb of muscle along the way even with weight training.

    Remember you have to retain your muscle as much as possible while cutting otherwise you'll look like a skeleton after your cut.
