Wow I was like the other guy. I was thinking pretty good until I saw those tree trunks! Then I was like damn! I'm 6'3 so you give me hope that I don't have to have average looking legs for my height. Right now I do back squats and front squats trying to build my quads. I was thinking about adding leg press but right now I think it would be too much. I do 4 sets of squats pyramiding to a 4 rep max. 3-4 sets of front squats. What did your number of sets look like when you did all three leg exercises? I do front squat and you did hack squat but not too much of difference.

from a bodybuilding perspective you look decent. id work the quads harder even though they aren't bad could be thicker. ham curls will also help pull out the back of the leg making the whole leg look thicker. hit the calves, shrugs(cant ever be too big). also work on the decline or weighted dips just to show a clear seperation from the abs. some peopl;e find the dumbells better for chest. im sure you know what works best for you but i would do a lot of db bench variations just to get a full stretch at bottom. you still look fantastic but you can always improve. be your biggest critic.

tloflin88 thanks bro, my back has been responding well.
My neck is thin haha only 16" I was trying to work it out but
just kinda lost motivation.. bigger traps has helped it not look so skimpy i think.
Oh and to sed26 trust me man the height sucks yeah but its much more impressive
when your tall and you have some tree trunks, people get the message.Don't pray for lighter burdens but for stronger bodies.

Bigpapa: It's teen bodybuilding yes, but I like to help the younger guys where else would I go? There's so much BS in this forum I'm just trying to correct some of it.
Iyadovic: I gained most my leg size from squats,legpress,hacksquats,lunges a while back.. At that point I was doing pyramids like 10-8-6-4 and ish but since then
I was doing lots of heavy squats, paused squats, olympic squats... recently I've switched to front squats (more quad focus than back squat)
Embull: The lighting sucks but my abs are pretty shredded although it doesnt look like it in the picture. Appreciate it though.

Teen: Right you are, too many people want abs... screw abs... they come later. BULK! I'm currently bulking to 215lbs... once I hit that it'll probably be 230 my next stop haha.Don't pray for lighter burdens but for stronger bodies.
