you look awesome!!! very very good
I think if you gain another 10-15 pounds and cut, you would look like a pro.
the ONE thing i think you need to hit harder is your chest.
your chest already looks good m8,
but if you get it massive, it will look incredible.
more Incline Dumbbell Press and Decline Bench, thats what did it for me ( theyre incredible exercise m8! )
goodluck and repped for good progress

Yeah man, Ive been on the lean bulk now for about 3 weeks.. I started 196lbs.. I'm 203 now so my goal is 215 which i WILL hit soon.
Gaining around 2lbs a week. I agree my chest is stubborn along with my arms although my arms and legs are proportionate.
Chest exploded from strength training... I just started a new 12 week routine for size, finishing tempo training now so we see how it looks
after these weeks go by. Repped for the encouragement!Don't pray for lighter burdens but for stronger bodies.

I work with a coach and we did stuff ONLY to get my numbers up so it was all real heavy low reps.
Paused bench, dead bench, heavy ass reps (less than 3 and some up to like 5-6), flys, bottom end drives..
I havent done too much decline only for triceps..Don't pray for lighter burdens but for stronger bodies.

Looked through every picture... You're massive. You've clearly put in the hard work and it's definitely paid off. I can't pick out one feature that lags behind the others... Very solid. Keep working hard and who knows what you'll look like in 6 months- a year
Bench: 230 x 1
Squat: 315 x 1
DL: 350 x 1

Wow! Great work, dude. Looking very good at 6ft 203lbs; Can't wait till I get there
Areas that look like they could use a bit of work: Chest (only slightly) and calves (could just be the angle of the shot?)...That's probably about it lol. Everything else seems to have come along nicely. GJDM, Keep it up.
EDIT: Calves may look smaller in comparison to your quads perhaps? Quads are looking solid, mate.<<:::>> Founder, CMO, Researcher, & Writer at Spartan Supps. <<:::>>

N4J4R, yea i seem to have noticed my chest could look better.. Yeh quads a bit big I think they
def do oversize my calves but dem things stubborn.
If you look at some of my later pics you will see I started at 165lbs man so if I can do it anyone can.
And the heaviest I've been is 219 and all that weight was put on in like 2 years... my body was just
dieing to grow and once I gave it what it needed the growing just exploded.
Thanks to everyone else for the comments! Reps!Don't pray for lighter burdens but for stronger bodies.

candy.. looking amazing man. Can I ask... what did you have to do (in short) to explode in growth? And what were your gains when you first started every month? I'm pretty slim I've bulked from 139-154 in about 4 month. just about to start again but is it really just eat a **** ton and lift heavy?
Cheers

Yeah man once I started eating more meals and something before bed I just started to pick up weight.
You gotta stick to the COMPOUND lifts, bench, deadlifts, squats, standing bb press. HEAVY. Low REPS.
That's when my body really took off.. De-loading every 4th week cuz its really brutal on the body.Don't pray for lighter burdens but for stronger bodies.

Nice job dude keep it up!

It is possible to live only as long as life intoxicates us; once we are sober we cannot help seeing that it is all a delusion, a stupid delusion! Nor is there anything funny or witty about it; it is only cruel and stupid.
