Lol idk, anything physical would require international shipping. For now let's just use the challenge as motivation. before my month of sickness I had hit 330s, 205b, 440d. Assuming I've got some backtracking to make up for, and that you had at least another 20lbs of DL in you I'd say we're about even right now.

Well first day back after a week long hiatus of probably too much partying lol. Partied Sunday, then went and saw a free concert (social distortion and flatliners) on Thursday and lived it up hard then party again Friday then randomly decided to see a free billy talent show on Saturday and parties a bit then as well. I was def enjoying not being under the influence of anything by about Sunday lol.
Also got my license on Tuesday and looking at cars nao.

The last squat on your meet is pure motivation man, nice work getting that stuff up!
Noticed that your DL foot stance is really narrow too, never seen anyone go as narrow as that. Doesn't matter though, obviously it's working good for you

words do not describe how sore my ass/hams still are from tuesday. sitting down has become an art lol.
thx m8. the crazy part is that i didnt bust out the ammonia until pulls 0.o!!!
yeah i used to pull a bit wider but with the really narrow stance i find i can really use my hips more and also force my knees out whereas with anything wider, my knees fall in (injured my right hip that way actually).
i cant wait to break it either! was contemplating going to worlds in idaho but decided against it so that i can keep building up to the WR without the disraction of a meet 10 weeks away.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Good session and tons of PRs from the rep ones on 300 and beltless at that. Plus the front squat PRs that really sank in how much sheiko is working for me.
This kind of leads me in to what I wanted to talk about today: objectifying. I was kinda nervous heading into today's session thinking about how I felt the first time I squatted 300... Ridiculous amount of stims, a week's deload beforehand, max volume metal, psyched up like crazy, slight technique breakdown, the grind. Then today I walked in witha week of fatigue, short on sleep, nutrition was horrible the day before, a bit of tea before i trained, and I could just walk up to the bar, get underneath, and smoke it without a second thought and plenty of reps in the tank. What I'm trying to get at is that over the last but I have learned so much about myself through sheiko programming that I've come to understand that in order to progress, all I have to do is put the work in and most importantly trust in the program. If I doubt it that's where things go wrong.

Great work on the squat PRs man!
Reading your comments below, I feel that what you have just came to realize is my major flaw. I always have trouble sticking to proven programs without modifying them cause I always question their efficacy. Not sure how many times in the past this had led me to stall. Really gives me something to think about now.My Lifting Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=154479513

I have no idea how you get any kind of leg drive off the floor with that deadlift stance. I don't think you have to go full Efferding but I think if you moved your feet out a matter of inches it would help a lot.

Today was the day were everything that could have gone wrong in the last bit caught up to me.
In short, I'm cutting out pretty much all of the sticky icky. When I started smoking/vaping semi regularly (once every 7-10 days) it was fine and I was still able to train properly without any real consequences. But after my meet in the week off I indulged a bit more frequently when I had my week off. I was never going super hard, just a nice buzz, but that frequency stuck around and I've been hitting it 4-5 days a week got the last bit and I've been noticing a downward trend in performance/motivation albeit slight up until today when I coupled all that with the fact that I had to train before work which meant waking up at 630. As of today I'm stopping with pot and may have a bit maybe once every 2-4 weeks. It's done to me what alcohol did to me (though I was never a regular drinker) which was why I stopped drinking.
