So, I've concluded that, consciously, I am ok with my grandfathers death, but subconsciously I am not - sleep has been suffering horribly lately (I was awoken this morning at 5:30 by a terrible migraine that was so bod I couldn't ****) but mood throughout the day has been fine.*
Wanted to go easy today on squats since I'd rather be safe than sorry. Worked out well but was still kind of pissed that i got stuck with the smoth bar.*
Incline bench felt pretty good.*
Was very happy with all back work today. It all felt very natural and I had a good MMC.*
Got home real late tonight since I had to take the bus home. Whipped up some dinner then fuked around for an hour.

Seinfeld is one of my favorite shows. What a classic! It will never get old and I could watch old episodes and still be entertained.
Nice squats too. 205 is currently my heaviest as well. Today I hit 205x6.
Is that vegetarian sushi? (B/c I don't see any fish/seafood in it) Looks fresh and gourmet. Props
And I was just looking at your second plate and thought of a lot of people I know that absolutely hate their contrasting flavor food on the same plate (savory eggs+peppers w/ sweet pancakes) I personally don't mind though.
But, pumpkin, oatmeal and banana are a awesome together. (Have you ever made pumpkin oatmeal cookies?!)

Those pumpkin pancakes look delish but that little banana tower in the middle of the plate with the dripping substance at the top had me thinking of a freshly nutted penor.

Busy fuarking day! Off to school then straight home, then cardio, then rush to work then home to eat dinner. I'm exhausted.*
Mood was fine throughout the day (actually it was great) but after work, I got home and mood went on a slow decline. Not sure why.*
Anywho, at work, I have now completed all of my theoretical/safety training so I REALLY start on Saturday and Sunday where I get started on the fryer. From then on, it's just movin' on up!
Enjoyed some nice CnC proats tonight along with some chicken nuggets (frozen lol) and pasta with butternut. Nothing was really pic worthy, but that's why I saved a couple pics from the weekend - for nights like these.*
