recipe was 85g oats, 13oz pumpkin, 1T cinnamon, 4T splenda, 2 eggs, 1/2c egg whites

I cooked the oats then added the pumpkin and heated it then added cinnamon, then added the eggs and waited for it to thicken. After that, I topped it with some brown sugar cookies.

I think military would be the better option. I say this because flat bench will hit both your anterior deltoid and the clavical head of your chest (Upper) effectively, without the need incline bench. Doing military also allows you to hit your medial delts which would be neglected if were doing flat bench and incline and provided you weren't doing any other delt exercisers.

guys, if i already am eating at a 500 calorie surplus from a 7pm to 7pm BMF reading and am stalling out for weight gain, would a bump to a 700 calorie surplus be a good starting place? I only say this because last weekend i weighed in at about 117 *and this weekend, my avg weight was 116.5 so i figure i need more foodz

any advice would be appreciated. also, how is my DL form FFS?

Brah, screw doing 500 cals over. You should do the POBJAD bulking diet with me. Pint of Ben and Jerry's a day.

    Notsrs,butIcouldbe.

As to your form, I looked it over a few days ago and didn't see anything off. However, I've become notorious for poor form in the past day or so.. Just*reference*it to other videos. Looked fine to me.

5'7 117 pounds. You are 15 years old, you really need to take a step back and read Raiku's log as well as far as your height/weight and taking advantage of your youth to your full potential. You are already under weight for your height. As far as the BMF is great and all at 15 years old you could do a lot better without it and having a little bit more fun (eating out 1-2x a week with family) or enjoying some family cooked meals un-accounted on top of your diet. 2100 or so calories burned a day you should be around 3k a day. I would do 3000 Workout Days and 2700 Non. We need to get you up there buddy.

As i said to Raiku: i do not want someone doing the same bullsh!t that i did, i was labeled as a fitness freakmy, my whole family thought I was crazy, my mother said I had a child's body, even my girlfriend thought I was crazy sometimes, so enjoy your life, met many girls, have fun, workout hard, eat like a lion, sleep like a baby . The only important thing that you must have is self control, you'll go far with it!

Normally, I get really pissed when someone says "5'7, 117lbs" but this post really meant a lot to me. I will probably be running this log until the end of the week and then closing it. As a step in (what i think is) the right direction, i will stop tracking specific macros and begin with just counting calories to hopefully just stop counting overall (I am skeptical about this because i have experimented with not tracking and i always lose weight). I have realised that this log is only feeding an OCD characteristic in the sense that i feel that i MUST log my workout, and I MUST take pictures on my food, etc. \

I will probably end up selling my BMF as well just because my burn is fairly consistent day-to-day and it as well is feeding my OCD tendencies. I am also debating changing my workouts to a 3-day split, but am not sure. I figure it would give me more time with my friends/family, but at the same time i realise that i am not a terribly social person and that this could lead to me doing crazy amounts of cardio because I love biking/running, etc.*

I realise this log was rather short lived, and i would have liked for it to go on longer, but I believe that it created too many problems, and the reality of life is that life>internets and not the other way around. The internet should not be able to stress you at all and that is just what i let it do. I also realize that one of my biggest problems aside from All this is that I simply want to grow up too fast.
