    Honestly, I tried it last night and my shoulder issues immediately stopped - no twinges, and they now sit evenly instead of one being elevated.

    Didn't work out. Haven't seen each other in well over a month

    Uhm, dude, I've been running Macenko for the last 8 weeks...I've been ready lol.

    You're not eating enough, that simple. Read the sticky's within the nutrition forums section here at bb.com. Track your calories to know you're eating enough, get about 1g protein per/lb BW, .35-.5g fat per/lb BW -fill the rest with carbs.

    Timing is pretty much irrelevant unless you're injecting your self with exogenous drugs then I can't really help you there.

    well, you dont need to use momentum, its very individual. personally i find i get like no growth if i try to keep it strict.

    Yuck at all that snow. We had something very similar hit us about 2 years back. It was just awful!
