Honestly, I tried it last night and my shoulder issues immediately stopped - no twinges, and they now sit evenly instead of one being elevated.
Didn't work out. Haven't seen each other in well over a month

You're not eating enough, that simple. Read the sticky's within the nutrition forums section here at bb.com. Track your calories to know you're eating enough, get about 1g protein per/lb BW, .35-.5g fat per/lb BW -fill the rest with carbs.

eat more. simple. count cals and eat more.
well, you dont need to use momentum, its very individual. personally i find i get like no growth if i try to keep it strict.

WELL, even tho i was bussing through the beginnings of a snowstorm. 2.5 hours in transit total lol. Well worth it tho. Bench rep PR, actually fix my squat, and then some solid weight increases on everything else!
