THE WORKOUT
30 minute bike ride (½ on-road, ½ off-road)
NUTRITION
159/412/62
FOODZ
Breakfast: Pumpkin Oats, Yogurt, Banana
Lunch: Penne with Peas in the Pod, Steak, and Jalapeno Garlic Tomato Sauce, Pretzel, Brownie, Spinach Salad with Tomatoes from the Garden
Dinner: Dat Dere Homemade WW Bread, Steak, Black Beans with Bell Peppers, Black Bean Salsa, Tzaziki... Cinnamon Peaches Bread Pudding, Boston Cream Pie Pudding Cup
EXTRAS
Decided to make some bread today because it was rainy. The reason this loaf is so special to me is because:
1. I have never successfully made bread this light and fluffy (normally, my WW loaves turn out like bricks)
2. It has Chipotle pepper in it and so it tastes FUKCING AWESOME!!!!!!
Other than that, pretty uneventful day.

450g WW flour
30g Wheat Gluten
2t instant Yeast
1t spices (chipotle and italian seasoning)
^^ Mix those
14 fl oz water (125-130F)
25g olive oil
60g Molasses
^^^ Mix those, then add 1/3 of the flour mix to this
turn on stand mixer with dough hook and then add flour mixture 1 cup at a time, then turn on speed 2 to knead for 5 minutes adding in up to another 1/4c flour to make the dough tacky
once kneaded, transfer to an oiled bowl, cover and let rise until doubled in size (45mins-1hr). Punch it down, then roll into bread pan shape (http://www.thefreshloaf.com/node/246...-sandwich-loaf), place in a 9x5 bread pan, cover and let rise another 45 minutes then bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014
