    SUNDAY

    Elliptical
    25:00+cooldown
    Incline 10
    Resist 4
    349 cals
    2.98 miles
    5178 strides

Found a playlist on youtube this morning for As I Lay Dying. Only songs ive ever heard by em were nothing left and the darkest nights. Liked those... LOVED this playlist. Time for this week's obsession lol.
    - cauterize
    - through struggle
    - confined
    - the sound of truth
    - paralells
    - electric eye
    - beyond our suffering
    - anodyne sea
    - a greater foundation
    Hnnggg. So good!

Anywho, got up early this morning and realized that I had gotten 0 homework done this weekend and ha waaay too much to do and even ha work early today. Fuuu. Had to really power through it and not allow for any distractions. Got it done though. Satisfied with the quality.

Felt much more confident running headline tonight. Got swamped on Friday and panicked. Tonight, not so much.

Little sis made some mini blueberry muffins so had one of those to top of the day

    Thanks for followiny

Tarragon spaghetti? What kind of sauce or marinade did you use on it? I am always up for good sauces or mix ins for stirfrys to vary flavor
My carbs are like half of yours but always open for good sauces or seasonings for chicken or beef stirfrys or pasta dishes

Good to see you back to your old humble caloric intake.

I had a conversation today with a well meaning individual that classified himself as a hardgainer as far as weight was concerned. Nice guy, but some people just aren't aware of what's required to play this game in some cases. And you don't even drink your calories LOL.

What's your fibre intake like? Sounds ... high. I feel like I'd have to purposely eat low fibre foods.
“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

    Oof.

Was having some SERIOUS issues getting motivated for going to the gym today. Normally I don't even give it a second thought since the very first thing info after I get out of school is lift, but today I was going through sporadic bouts of depression after class. Went home, fukked around for a couple hours then dragged my ass to the gym.

Great workout! Hip is def getting better slowly but surely. Squats are taking less reps to loosen up and deads are barely uncomfortable... Speaking of which, I was quite happy with those today. 220 was just flying off the floor so went for 230 which was rpe of 8.8ish. Real happy with that.

So yeah, day started out good, got real rough then ended on a good note. Not all bad I guess.

Well, comfy is a very relative word :P. after the first set of squats, motivation was sky high. Guess I just needed to stop being such a lil bish and get under a heavy bar.

'twas delish after a long night at work on Friday. Just wait till I post what I had tonight tomorrow . Blew my mind.

    Thanks.

Running sheiko 37 for bench and instead of flies on 3 day I'm doing OHP since they make my shoulders feel happy.

    Monday: squats and deads, abs
Tues: sheiko bench, back work, abs, arms
Thurs: squats, sheiko bench, back work, and

I know how you feel about the motivation dilemma man. Sometimes after my classes end I'm so mentally and physically drained or just in a plain sucky mood I'd want to forget about lifting.

    But then I just tell myself that if I miss the session, I'll regret it, cause no one ever regrets going to the gym (;

Once again, awesome food and lifts!

Yeah... Haven't done em in a good couple of months...forgot how much fun they were... And how sore my delts and traps are.

You should give it a shot. My base dough is 300g flour, 1t sugar, 7g yeast all mixed in a food processor with 200ml 125F water drizzled in then I leave it in the fridge overnight so I don't have to knead. Takenitnout a few hours before wise to rise, then roll that bitch out.
