Yeah going to post a workout log on here to see how it gets seen, the nutrition side of stuff is a real brain scorcher since I usually just calculate at least 30g protein and 40g carbs in my meals when i make them, whether or not I have 5 or 7 in a day.. ashamed to say I've worked out for a year and I'm still at the position I'm in. Obviously something's not right!

I'll make sure to check out your log when you make one. Nutrition isn't really as complicated as it seems - get your food/macros in for the day in a many or as little meals as you please (3 for me) and profit. To gain, eat more than maintenance, to lose, eat less. There is a bunch of great info in the stickies in the nutrition forum.

Do say like ab wheel/planks one wed and crunches on sat or the other way around. They both do different things essentially.

No worries on the help mate. Sorry I didn't end up getting round to the last PM. I'll hit that up in a bit.

Ok, I think I will do just that! Pair up the Ab work on Saturday with the rope pulls.

Expecting any major magic following heavy deadlifts/squats, as I have learned time and time again, isn't realistic. Too much CNS and full body recruitment that leaves you pretty drained for anything else (not to the point of not being able to finish the workout, obviously).

Gratz though. And I feel you on people not being able to work the simple record feature on the iPhone.

Oh I know the ol Deadlift rule. I just really wanted 250 BAD! I think I might only bump it to 255 next week and really focus on form just so that I don't burn out early on.

Funny hung about the iPhone was that the guy was like mid 20s so it's not like he had geezer technological impairment or something.

Thanks. I was really pushing, but I got em all! As I said earlier, only a small bump next week - I want to make sure form is p-e-r-f-e-c-t.

Plates are going on for sure!

Have never legitimately had full arm DOMS in the past. Today defies all of that. My arms are actually *slightly* sore. Feelsgoodman.

I also have a bizarre pain in my right subscap that I have been working on all day by rolling the muscle knot (no idea where it came from) out with a lacrosse ball. Starting to feel it much less.

Lololol. I got so bored today because I couldn't get a ride to the mall to hang out with my friend that I walked back to my gym and walked on the treadmill slowly while watching tv. Was a great way to kill an hour and a bit.*

This bus strike is really starting to get to me because it is confining me from my social life over the break.*

Anyways, some overdue food pics (does not qualify as pron lol)
