Well, I dunno mayne, do I need to post up the recipe again? Unless ofc you mean I use flour, eggs, Splenda, baking powder, etc
You fukking know it! Gold medal is in the cards. Trophy won't happen cuz those only get handed out to best overall lifters (in not sure if it's in the whole comp or in individual weight classes). Regardless tho, it's gonna feel like a gold trophy day for meAAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Holy session batman!
Presses were stronger than expected, squats were sweet, pulls will be at official PRs next session, pullups were strong, and the rest is history.
Gonna start doing some grip work since grip was affecting form on pulls today. If for nothing else, I'll get some boss forearms from something other than the fap
Had my co-op interview this morning. Holy fuk did it go well: they literally said I got the position halfway through a 10 min sesh. There was also a girl there that was also doing a co-op placement that found me cooking to be very interesting I'll be seeing more of her in the coming weeks I reckon.
Low traps are still cramped but not as bad as in the WO. Never felt that before haha.

Lol down 1.5lbs after weight being stable after a 3lb gain in 2 days. Oh water, you sneaky kunt.
Have you ever filled a glass to full then topped it up a bit and before it spills, the water actually rises above the edge of the glass (due to cohesion)? *That's pretty much how I'm feeling bout this meet. Just filled past the brim with excitement!
Anyways, got a ton of schoolwork done today and selected my ISU book (thank you for smoking). I'm officially about a day ahead of what I was planning for staying on top of my homework.
iPhone 5 got announced today. Looks sweet. Pre orders start Friday an it comes out on the 21st. My contract is up so it's time to replace my poverty 3GS. . Can't wait for no more lags/crashes.
Had a bit of a sore throat coming on this morning. Gargled some straight up vinegar. Tastes absolutely godawful, but instantly kills pretty much all cold symptoms. Srs. It's worth the 3-5 mins of bad taste.

Lol.
Went really easy on the main lifts today and just kinda made **** up as I went along to kill time.
Coming home, I was really really edgy for some reason. Settled a bit *after eating but still edgy. Idk.
My hammies are starting to get tight again from all the sitting at school despite stretching them 3-4 times a day. Fuu. Fuk you sitting.
All in all session was decent, but all I want for Xmas is the meet!
Cold is really coming in. Hoping today was the peak and it settles out tomorrow.
Went out with some friends after school so ended up lifting an hour or two later. Was fun.

ten percent luck, twenty percent skill
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will
Five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name!
lol. ghey/10...but at least in the US all you do is pay the entry fee, buy a membership to the federation, weigh in, and have a singlet to lift in and you are all set to go....prizes? knowing you pushed yourself to the limit and experiencing the rush of adrenaline when your name is called and the bar is loaded. If you come in top 3 in your class you'll prob get a trophy... IDK about Matts standpoint, but to me its not about any prizes. its about pushing yourself to the limit, setting PRs, and doing better than you did at your last meet.xTUNAx CREW

Most meets have no qualification standards. You just pay and show up. In the raw world there is RAW Unity which has some very lofty standards. There's also USAPL Raw Nationals but the only thing you have to do to qualify for that is compete for the USAPL at some point in the year before. If you win your class at Nationals you get to go to IPF Worlds. USAPL/IPF also hosts the Raw Challenge at the Arnold Classic which is invite only. Most feds give trophies for best lifter, USAPL gives out Bronze/Silver/Gold medals for class winners and trophies for best lifter.

Lol thanks man. I'm a lot stronger with neutral grip (like I was doing yesterday). I can generally pull another 5lbs or so.

Not terribly concerned about the meet seeing as the cold has had no effect on my strength this far. Too excited for this thing haha
Appreciate it max! I would say gauge it based on how good you gmfeel squatting. My body is ready!
some meets (ie big national/international meets) you have to qualify for but asides from that, just show up.
This. I'm pretty sure the fed I'm competing in us the same as the latter fed erick was mentioning re: trophies.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014
