That was just... Awesome. Everything felt so damn light today! I'll just attribute that to the few [uncounted] gummy worms I had at work yesterday lol. I wake up with doms, that chit dot mean NUTHIN!
RFD was strangely good today. Dunno what was going on, but I'll take it.
I've come to the conclusion that the only squat I ever want to do after bench is paused squats.
Had a guy that was working in on bench with me while I was doing CG ask me if I power lifted. Asked him how he knew, he said it was my arch. Got talking to him and he used to compete but now does oly stuff cuz he injured his back. Cool guy.
Finished up the last of my homework and ready for the new school week. I think I'll train heavy on Tuesday as I was planning but do singles with 60-70% on Thursday just to keep a groove with the lifts.
