Don't have issues with hip mobility (though this trip might be an exception since
I'm doing copious amounts of sitting)

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee
Did I do it right?
Get it up! Wat?
Best of luk with that. I don't recommend using my routine as an absolute since I have formed it out of what I find works FOR ME. Regardless, feel free to start with my template and adjust accordingly.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

BC, Day 6: PICA
Boring day overall but the highlight was that I went on a tour at the Pacific Institute for Culinary Arts (PICA) which was interesting but their curriculum seemed lacking. That was compounded by the fact that it seemed rather crash-course-esque being only 6 moths long (35-45 hours a week).
Other than that, no cardio so I was sore as hell and tons of driving and little movemnt overall today so my joints and connective tissue hated me as well as pec and full leg DOMS
I'm in Squamish (near Whistler) now for the next couple days. Planning on doing a bunch of MTB tomorrow.
Thanks for following

And while I concur you also have to see that all I did was split up the 3rd FB into 2 sessions. Again, I'm not changing anything if I can schedule it without killing myself during the school year.
It was okay. Not worth what they charged for it ~25 a person IMO. My sister had salmon and it was over cooked which is sacrilege in my books.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

What time of day have you been working out?
What about with school?
You are going to want to kill me for doing this, but I found overcooked slamon in the form of bacon to be delicious.

We are probably in the 1% that would prefer cooking our own food to eating out
I cant believe the amount of people at my work who spend 5-10 dollars a day on the crappy food at a cafe/restaurant at our office
Almost as much as I cant believe another one of my coworkers who brings in hot dogs for breakfast and PB and hot sauce sandwiches for lunch (srs)Founder of MMDELAD

I also agree...as well as with the statement that I usually only go if the place can make something I cannot. I will say though...every once in awhile its nice to get out of the house, have a few drinks, and let someone else prepare a decent meal for you. After not going out for a couple of weeks, Im usually ready to have the atmosphere of a night out. Maybe its married/parent/busy work life.

Brb making a stifry at chipolte for 9$
brb a burrito is like 8$
Chinese food you can imitate with sauces you can buy in the store. add chicken and rice + veggies = done (still love it though)
eating out = way too expensive.. Chicken/steak + potato + Veggie entree is like 13-14$ . which is unreal because you can get 5 pounds of chicken for 10$ and make about 10 of those meals and 10 pounds of potatoes for 2-3$
May just start making my own cheat meals of whatever, buy the stuff and throwing stuff together and saying F it. lmao

Yeah.. that was when i was doing my student teaching and paying for everything on my own (4 hours away from home)
eating out every weekend for a cheat meal added up and i needed every dollar i had because you are not allowed to work or get income while student teaching. So all your bills , rent, cable etc is all out of your own pocket.
