My sciatica was hellish this morning and walking around until school was over was interesting to say the least. I couldn't fully extend my left hip. I fixed it by doing a couple minutes of poverty squats, thera band stuff, and glute stretches. Felt amazing within 5 minutes of stepping out of school lmao (I didn't go to 4th period cuz I had a dentist appt).*
Was stupid full after dinner today which is strange but still understandable since I had reduced cardio volume AND no heavy lifting.*
Played a bunch of trivium tonight. Working on pull harder and a gunshot through the head of trepidation ATM and I've got the riff and chorus for both, on a gunshot, I need to work on te fills cuz they're fast as fuk and on both, I'm just starting the interlude. I've got a lot of work ahead of me.*
Only a half day of school tomorrow
I'm out :3

Id say that bench was the most annoying piece of **** today in the WO, but that was only cuz of where I trained. I was at te gym with **** floors so getting a nice tight setup was impossible let alone leg drive.*
I've def hit the top of my 10lb additions for front squats. Form wa def on the verge of breaking down today and it felt heavy. 160 next time
Really didn't want to aggravate anything ciz I had to go to work right after working out. ThT requires me to be on my feet and if my sciatica is acting up, game over. Happy I played it safe.*
It would seem as though I'm good for 2 heavy movements before I'm toast nowadays especially with my sciatica. I just feel like I've been beaten with a baseball bat after movement 2.*
Anyways, I'm half drunk right now cuz I had one of these after work before eating @11 (I ate lunch at 12:30) so I'm signing off.*

Yeh. I was moving a ton of stuff today at work so very happy I opted out of the aggravating stuff.
Very happy with how they are coming.
Cooking is not judge able right now since all I've been eating for the last week is copious amounts (250g+) of white rice and pasta, tomato sauce, small amounts of turkey and then some tortillas as well.

Good session. It's unfortunate that you couldn't get a tight bench setup. Next time!Iron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.

lulz this didnt even count as a PWO cuz it was several hours after (didnt have time to eat after working out cuz i had work).
