Downloaded a bunch of tunes today and focus was unreal this afternoon!
Got the full "see you on the other side" album by korn as well as a bunch of SOAD, Flyleaf, and Noise Therapy.
Right on track with both ISUs right now. I'm doing as much as I can right now with any spare time in class as well as banging off the last of my planned work for the day at home.
Elbow was a bit iffy on extensions, but after a set or two it was good. I should probably do warm ups for it.
Could have def squatted today as I was REALLY FEELIN IN IT! But after pressing and pullups there were no BBs to be found free :/ Wednesday I might pull if all goes well.

It's a good thing I snagged them as opposed to them biting. That would hurt. Reeling em in either today or tomorrow potentially depending on a couple things.
Once I hit 135, I will video it and the dance I do afterwards.
Might try that one, but I do this way cuz I still have some strength imbalances between the two arms so this I'd helping alleviate that.

Did half a frozen one then half a toasted one. I think I might need to eat some more to make a fair judgement on which is better
Whole lotta work done today! I'm really happy cuz I just found out one of my teachers is basically giving us a shyt ton of class time to work on ISUs. Not having to do that crap at home FTW!
Also had a bud of mine tell me that I had chicken legs today and was Srs. Feltbadman. I've lost so much size due to not squatting/pulling. Time to reverse the damage.

Frozen vs toasted Poptarts? hmm.. When eaten alone, I'd say they are tied, but it comes down to what you eat them with that makes the difference of whether toasted or frozen are better.
You getting Poptarts just doesn't seem right in my head because I'm so used to every one of your meals being gourmet as hell!
