5.1k cals of pasta=190g protein
but you'd be a little fat deficient at about 40g
So I would recommend cutting down to 3lbs of pasta and 1lb of meatballs w/ 1c tomato sauce (chipotle I am assuming)
that would be just right and get you to 1.5g protien/lbsFounder of MMDELAD

First off, I would like to sincerely thank Ben rice even though he probably won't see this, for mentioning the turkey gobble whilst squatting (aka packing the neck). My squats felt amazing because of them AND I didn't get that lateral shifting I normally get up until the last set where fatigue was quite present.
Day was just great overall. Mood was spot on, energy great, work busy as fuk. 10/10
Big French test tomorrow morning then off to gym!
Can now play the whole guitar part to become the catalyst (except the solo cuz I haven't tried yet)

AWWW FUKN YEAHHHHH!
MOAR PRs! (f/b)ulking properly I guess haha.
Really happy today with my bench. Everything felt super right and I actually managed to PR whcih is awesome.
2 things I did:
1. Warmup was a tad different, I did
-20 banded dislocations
- 20 banded pull aparts with squeeze
- 20 vertical ext rotations w 2.5
- 10 dead hang pullups
- 20 cable rd flies w squeeze.
2. Packed my neck. Really felt my upper back engage with this and I think the majority of te awesome can be attributed to this.
Felt so good!
Also a helluva a lot of "distractions" at te gym today gnomesaying? Most of them actually lifted as well. Mind explodered. One of them was sub 100 for sure and was repping out 75 on the incline like it was nbd. Another one was banging off sets of 5 with 175 on squats. Too much win. Talked to a few as well.
Got that "really hyper happy feel" tonight. Don't know what causes it, but it's basically just being high on life. Ended up with this lol

Grats on PR. I'm trying those two tips before my next bench workout. Also TY for speed squat recommendations. I tried them out 10x3 w/ 55% of 1RM. Going to keep em in my routine.
Nice face. Ladies will be mirin.

Fuark Matt I went and checked out that restaurant, classy as hell. If you're working there during this summer I'd say I might have to make some reservations and go up to Canada since I'll be close to Ontario as it is. Good luck with exams. And have fun on your vacation man!
