bc alot of them think theyre elite athletes/forged from the gods.

they think their way of training is the only way. alot of the swole dudes that do it, came from a weightlifting background. its a good program, just alot of *******ry

Much like everyone at a bodybuilding competition (for the most part) is shredded to the bone too? It's a contest calling out the elite. Doesn't surprise me that everyone who showed up is in good shape.

like a previous poster said, they only take pictures of their elite. 99.999% of the people i see doing crossfit in my town are skinny fat/auschwitz mode beta dudes or 2/10 bisches

At a bodybuilding competition you'd see more ripped men and woman.. obviously the best of the best crossfitters would be the ripped ones. Go to a local crossfit gym and look at that ****. Some of them go to my gym and have no muscle mass and aren't really lifting heavy like they are in those pictures.

I'm willing to bet most of those guys were ex-bodybuilders too. I doubt that the guys in the pictures were 130 pounds, then did crossfit and bam they're soils thick and juicy.

There was a video someone posted, bunch of crossfitters running as a crowd. All looked like middle aged fatties or skinny as dark guys.

Its nice to see you can tell the difference between someone that goes to a crossfit gym and someone that competes in crossfit competitions.

no ****..you need to be in top shape in order to compete in these games...you think an out of shape guy can climb a rope, do muscle ups, running with sangbags in his hands, continuously?..doubt it

Bodybuilding and working out is many things to many people I understand that, but I can't support a group that wears goffy sh** like that.
