I tend to play a lot of poker/card game + checkers to kill time with friends, (no money involved) is this still allowed ?
Edit: I have heard people say: 'You should spend your time reciting the Quran, instead of killing time with gambling'
But is it gambling when no money is involved? Just virtual poker chips, which have no value at all?Last edited by thestate; 07-31-2011 at 09:07 AM.

I trained through ramadan last year, i used to go to the gym 1.5 hours before fast opened, i'd be back home 5-10 minutes before it opened and then i'd stuff myself. I didn't lose any mass/strength, I actually gained it so yeah it can be done. As for diet just try and cram in how many calories you normally eat with the time you have. I'd try and increase protein by 20-30 grams just incase if you can to maintain mass (not that necessary though tbh)
