Unhappy Hip pain from Squats / bent over rows ?

Hey, maybe some of you have experienced this kind of issue.

Yesterday i did a 5x5 squats and 5v4 bent over rows. Basically following a intermediata and SS program. I had hip pain before, maybe i overworked my hips when throwing wood scales in the pickup. But the pain doesnt seem to go away.

( a small sharp pain when i twist my torso, or in some positions i just feel my hips ) And both of my hips are injured or overworked.

Was thinking about seeing a doctor but the pain is bearable. And when i work out it doesnt hurt, the hips hurt the most in the morning when i wake up, but it calms down when i start to move, walk etc. So its like a old mans back pain or something.

What advice can you give me ?
Should i stop Squats and Rows? because i think that they are the ones that keep my hips away form healing.
How can i heal it ?

Its been for like a month now

Im doing in my routines - Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, military press, bent over rows, and sometimes cleans. mixed in workout A and B as it is said in sticky.

    Sorry for my bad english.

    Thank you!

you know whats funny about your post, is that lately i've been reading up on alot of bodybuilders who keep mentioning that some guys are just not structurally made for certain exercises. and i'm starting to think they are right. as for me when it comes to squats i have no issues with hips, knees or lower back problems. but when it comes to bent rows, man does my lower back and hips kill me for days following my workout. yet when i do them on a smith machine i have no pain or joint issues. so therefore, i've been doing them on a smith machine for months now and still no pain but my back is still growing. so i have no complaints. so my man, maybe you need to find other alternatives to those exercises that cause you pain.*
