so i just orderd a 5lb tub of ON's whey protein, and a 600g bottle of ON's creatine..
i mix my protein in a shaker bottle with just some milk.
should i just add the creatine in with the protein also? or take that seperate?
also on a side note: how much creatine should i take daily? i know some people say to "load" creatine, taking so much for so many weeks and stuff like that.. but then again, i have people tell me thats useless lol.
so which one in your opinion is correct? and how much is an okay amout daily?
EDIT: i take my protein after my workouts, if that matters on the creatine any. like if i do mix it with the protein.

You can take creatine any time...some people use it pre, some post. Sometimes the mono powder can be a tad gritty...not in a major way, but enough that I know it's there and I don't like the texture it gives my protein shake...so I'll normally throw it in with some orange juice and take it pre-workout in kind of a shot.
Anywhere between 3-5g daily is the recommended dose. No need to load.ACSM Exercise Physiologist - Certified

yep take it any time, i take around 4g of creating coz thats how much is in one scoop for me.
i sumtimes take it with the protein shake in the same shaker but i dread the taste so if i have the time ill pack them in 2 seperate shaker cups and just drink one, then drink the other, up to you really, just dont bother overloading on creatine, it wont really help, like others said in the last posts 3-5g of creatine is perfectTears Will Get You Sympathy,
