so i just orderd a 5lb tub of ON's whey protein, and a 600g bottle of ON's creatine..
i mix my protein in a shaker bottle with just some milk.
should i just add the creatine in with the protein also? or take that seperate?
also on a side note: how much creatine should i take daily? i know some people say to "load" creatine, taking so much for so many weeks and stuff like that.. but then again, i have people tell me thats useless lol.
so which one in your opinion is correct? and how much is an okay amout daily?
EDIT: i take my protein after my workouts, if that matters on the creatine any. like if i do mix it with the protein.
