    Cutting and not working out

    I got exams and stuff going on so i didnt workout for the last month. My weight drops around 1lb a week constantly because I am still dieting right ( i reach my fat and protein minimum). Will I lose any muscles during this period? I won't be able to workout for another month or 2.

    why dont you just stop lifting all together because your clearly not cut out for it. You can workout for the next two months u choose not to
