    Unhappy how do you guys keep bulking when your face starts getting fat?

    feels bad man bulking clean too but gaining some fat on my face regardless

    jk in all seriousness, make sure your diet's still clean, and bulk slowly... my body type blows for putting on weight (always puts on fat), so i usually cut most of the year.

    it's not easy but you are doing it wrong, when I start getting a little chub I go on a short cut to get rid of it... then again I am not trying to be 200lbs, so maybe your goals are different.

    If your worried about a little water rentention, your not exactly a proper lifter are you bro. If your worried, cut down on salt on sodium, use saunas and steams rooms, dont eat alot of carbs at night. I still usually say this even if you have not met your cal requirements for the day its why you should meet them during the day and slowly cut down carbs till the night. Your prob like me who is very sensitive too bloatness and I recommend this as I have been fine.
