Hi all, ive been using EC before my workouts for the last 3-4 weeks, and I wanted to start using it everyday like 2-3 times a day. How much time do you think I can go with doing this?
Should I do something like 4 weeks of 2-3 times a day, then 2 weeks off, then 6 weeks back on 2-3 times a day? Normally people for for 12 ish weeks every day, and ive been doing 3-4 weeks of 4-5 times a week...does that translate into like 2 weeks or something like that? thanks

OP, ephedrine has a long half life. The dosage and frequency matter, but not as much as you would think when it comes to dependancy and tolerance. If I am going to use it it is either as needed(once every few weeks ) or every day. Most run 2-4 on then two off. Some will run 2 on 2 off, but during the off week they will have a differenct metabolizer other than EC. The thermogenic effects are greater when dosed three times a day, but once a day is betterr as a preworkout. IMO
