My stomach doesn't tolerate whey protein nor egg protein. I read that other protein sources are just a waste of money for its bodybuilder purpose. What is the best alternative protein for the long run? Why?

Whey Isolate mainly will be lactose free and definitely worth a try first. Whey and greens has a better digestive blend and worked well with people I know who have issues with whey. Beef Isolate is always another option but try find one you can drink...

Just go for a plant based one. I'd say an isolate because you'd have more options than plant based, but if your stomach is sensitive to whey and even egg, I'd just play it safe and go plant base. I don't do well with regular whey and some isolates don't sit well with me either.
The beef proteins are made from terrible ingredients

OP, have you tried an isolate powder?
Protein powders are by no means a requirement, but they definitely help you reach your protein macro goals.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Lead Representative ✔
