What kind of protein do you recommend to someone with digestive problems?

My stomach doesn't tolerate whey protein nor egg protein. I read that other protein sources are just a waste of money for its bodybuilder purpose. What is the best alternative protein for the long run? Why?

yes, maybe try a whey isolate? They are generally much easier on your stomache. Or maybe just try to stick it out a bit longer with the whey? I had digestive issues at first as well, but after a while it goes away

    And theres always whole foods...

SAN Rawfusion, the only protein that is really a waste would be beef protein powder

Look in to Whey Isolate (no lactose in isolates) or a pea/rice based protein powder.

For Whey Isolates: ANS N-Iso and Dymatize Iso-100 are the best options in my opinion.

Plant based: AI Sports No Whey, SAN Rawfusion, and PES Select Vegan Series are good choices.

A Whey Isolate would work well (Isotean by IForce is my go to)

But you could also try Vegan and Plant based proteins (SAN Rawfusion and PES Select Vegan are great)

They also make unflavored HEMP protein

There are TONS of options out there

So even though I have problems with whey, whey isolate is not going to produce any problem. Is that correct?

Whey Isolate mainly will be lactose free and definitely worth a try first. Whey and greens has a better digestive blend and worked well with people I know who have issues with whey. Beef Isolate is always another option but try find one you can drink...

Just go for a plant based one. I'd say an isolate because you'd have more options than plant based, but if your stomach is sensitive to whey and even egg, I'd just play it safe and go plant base. I don't do well with regular whey and some isolates don't sit well with me either.

OP, have you tried an isolate powder?

Protein powders are by no means a requirement, but they definitely help you reach your protein macro goals.
