I put my faith in the people, but the people let me down, so I turned the other way I carried on anyhow.

I normally like movies like this but, I don't think I'm going to bother with this one. Maybe when it comes out on DVD in a couple of months. lol
The plot is just way to thin on this one. Hmmm, lets see, there are over 6 billion people on this planet and it's going to get taken over by a few thousand apes and gorillas that are pi$$ed at humans? Not working for me. Sorry.

This is not a remake of the original, or the remake of the original. It is considered a prequel to the first "Planet of the Apes".
In what I read about the movie, a scientist is working on a cure for Alzheimer's and experimenting on gorillas. One of the gorillas gets smart, steals the stuff and gives it to other apes.
The previews look like the movie could be a lot of fun.

"Do you think SHE actually felt like that was a sexual thing he was doing? She's like 6. Only an actual p3do would think that she thought he was groping her, too."
"Not that it's impossible to touch a minor inappropriately, but it is true that a 6 year old girl will not recognize someone putting a hand on their chest as groping, whether it is inappropriate or not."
