Training: 4 day split. Legs-Monday, Tuesday-Chest/Biceps, Thursday-Shoulders/Triceps, Saturday-Back
Current supplements- Orange Triad & Oxiomega, Sizeon Max Performance, Myofusion, SNS Beta Alanine Caps.
I have been on a consistent regiment for the last 2 years now. Trying to just slowly bulk up. Currently taking in 2,800 calories & gaguging my progress week in & week out.
